At Hope & Me we want to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we also want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you have simply changed your mind, it can be returned for an exchange or credit note (valid for 3 months).
Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
- A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return
- The item is returned within 14 days of the original receipt
- Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges otherwise they will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.
Any returns sent without a RA# marked on the outside of the package will be refused and marked return to sender.
Instructions on how to make a return for exchange or refund
- Ensure you meet all conditions outlined above
- Contact Hope & Me at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 03 63310166 to get a return authority number (RA#)
- Choose the item/s you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your return.
- Return the item/s to be exchanged, mark the RA# on the outside of the package and include a self addressed pre-paid satchel for your new items to be returned in (ensuring it is the correct size for the items you are exchanging for)

Please note: We do not accept exchanges on orders shipped outside Australia. All orders shipped outside Australia are final.
Faulty Items and Damages
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at email@example.com or on 03 63310166 and we will organise a replacement for you.
Please note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges and we may request a photo be supplied. If you receive a package which is visibly damaged or opened, insist that this is noted upon delivery.
All orders sent by Hope & Me have a unique tracking number, if for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily supply a tracking number.
Incorrect delivery address/undeliverable parcel
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage charge will apply to send it again.
