Founders Phil Johnson and Tom Woolley and their families have forged a friendship over shared interests spanning a love for adventure, surfing, motorcycles and a healthy lifestyle. Phil’s love for sharing homemade Mexican food and cocktails with friends comes from his Mexican heritage. This lead to exploring local ingredients from the Woolley farm to make margaritas.

Phil and Tom started experimenting with other natural ingredients and extracts, discovering that by mixing these ingredients they were able to create amazing flavour profiles that the Australian market was missing out on.
