Pregnancy Tea 60g

An organic, refreshing and warming tea free from caffeine, settles nausea and the digestive system and nourishes the new mother by helping support nutrient levels with Iron rich herbs.

// chamomile (organic)
// peppermint (organic)
// ginger (organic)
// nettle (organic)
// lemon balm (organic)

Place 1 teaspoon of dried herb into an infuser, tea pot or plunger.
Add 1 cup of freshly boiled water.
Steep for 5-10 minutes.
Strain.
Drink 1-3 cups per day.
